Christmas Rocky Road

Christmas Rocky Road featuring gingernut biscuits, soft marshmallows, almonds and raspberry lollies. The fun extra sweet addition of broken candy canes scattered on top

Ingredients
  

  • 450 g milk chocolate
  • 100 g marshmallow
  • 100 g almonds
  • 100 g gingernut biscuits (roughly crushed)
  • 150 g ripe raspberries lollies (used Allen)
  • 3-4 small candy canes
  • Chrismas M&Ms (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Combine marshmallows, raspberries, almonds, gingernut biscuits in a large bowl. Mix to combine
  • Line a slice tray with baking paper
  • Melt chocolate as per your desired method (stove top or microwave)
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the marshmallow, raspberries, almond and gingernut mix. Mix ingredients till well combined
  • Pour into the lined slice tray.
  • Place on top broken candy canes and scatter Christmas M&Ms.
  • Refrigerate till set
    Cut into small pieces and ENJOY!!!
