CHOC HONEYCOMB PROTEIN BALLS

Who loves chocolate honeycomb? Then you need to make a batch asap. A perfect hit of chocolate and honeycomb protein balls these go perfect alongside your coffee or grab and pack when you are on the run! Miminal ingredients required, whip them up in 10mins! It's a double honeycomb hit with Bulk Nutrients Matrix Choc Honeycomb Protein and Well Naturally Choc Honeycomb. However you could try making these with any chocolate protein you have handy and choc honeycomb. *Please note though that nutritional panel information is based on the protein powder and chocolate I used. Whichever you use edit your nutritional content as required

Ingredients
  

  • 60 gm Almonds
  • 60 gm Choc Honeycomb Protein Powder
  • 20 gm Sunflower Seeds
  • 20 gm Pepitas
  • 50 gm Chocolate Honeycomb I used Well Naturally Choc Honeycomb
  • 1 tspn cinnamon optional
  • Water

Instructions
 

  • Blitz the almonds in a food processor till finely grounded
  • Add in Protein Powder, Sunflower Seeds, Pepitas, cinnamon and Chocolate Honeycomb.
  • Blitz till combined.
  • Add water, blitz to create desired consistency to roll into balls. Start with 1 tablespoon of water and add more in a very small amount only if needed.
  • Roll into balls. Makes 10
  • Keep in the fridge and enjoy!

Notes

*If you add too much water just add a little more protein powder
** You could leave the Chocolate out in step 2 and add it in at step 4 for chunkier choc pieces in your protein balls
